Terms of Use

Effective 22 August 2026 · Last updated 22 August 2026

The short version. Quiverborne is free to play. You get a personal licence to use it, not ownership of it. Coins and shards are game features, not property or currency. The one paid item is Lifetime VIP, sold and refunded by Apple. Do not cheat, modify or resell the game.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Quiverborne (“we”, “us”) covering the Quiverborne mobile game and the website at quiverborne.com. By downloading, installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quiverborne. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Your licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Quiverborne on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. We keep every right not expressly granted here.

4. What you must not do

  • Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute or publicly perform the game, except that you may stream or record your own gameplay
  • Modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the game, or defeat any technical measure in it, except to the extent your local law says that cannot be prohibited
  • Use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients or memory editors, or otherwise interfere with normal play or with the leaderboards
  • Attempt to obtain rewards, purchases or ad payouts you did not legitimately earn
  • Use the game in a way that breaks any applicable law or Apple’s own terms

We may remove leaderboard entries obtained by cheating.

5. Purchases and virtual items

Quiverborne offers one in-app purchase: Lifetime VIP, a one-time non-consumable unlock. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. What it includes is listed in the game before you buy, and on our home page.

  • All purchases are processed by Apple. Payment, tax and receipts are handled under your App Store agreement with Apple; we never see your payment details.
  • Refunds are Apple’s to give. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under your local consumer law.
  • You can restore the purchase on a device signed in to the same Apple ID from Settings › Restore Purchases.

Coins, shards, stars and other in-game items have no monetary value. They are a licensed feature of the game, not your property and not a currency or a store of value. They cannot be bought with money, sold, exchanged, transferred outside the game or redeemed for anything of real-world value, and they may be adjusted or removed as part of balance changes.

The game does not sell random items. There are no loot boxes, no paid draws and no paid random rewards of any kind.

6. Advertising

Quiverborne shows optional rewarded videos supplied by Google AdMob. Watching one is always your choice, and nothing in the game requires it. We do not control the content of individual ads. How ad data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Your progress

Game progress is saved on your device only. We keep no copy and cannot recover it if you delete the app, lose the device or restore an older backup. Your Lifetime VIP entitlement is held by Apple and can be restored.

8. Ownership

Quiverborne, including its code, artwork, characters, models, music, sound, text and the name and logo, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Screenshots and video of your own gameplay may be shared freely, including monetised video, provided you do not present the game as your own work.

9. Changes to the game

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time, including balance changes to heroes, weapons, dungeons and rewards. We may also stop distributing the game entirely. Where a change materially reduces what Lifetime VIP provides, we will say so in the release notes.

10. Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or in-game items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which for most players is nothing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 8, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the game, including product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection claims, or any third-party claim that the game infringes intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
